6. LUGGAGE

6.1. The passenger has the right to unpaid carriage of 1 pc. of luggage, maximum weight 25 kg, and hand luggage, maximum weight 5 kg. Payment for extra luggage is 10 PLN. The carrier reserves the right to decide about taking additional luggage - as long as there is free space in the luggage container.

6.2. It is possible to transport bulky luggage e.g. bikes, skis, surfboards but only after prior agreement with the Carrier.

6.3. The carrier has the right to refuse to take aboard luggage with excessive weight or bulky size, if such luggage has not been reported at the time of ticket purchase.

6.4. The carrier shall be liable for lost or damaged luggage only up 300 PLN. The luggage of higher value should be individually insured at an insurance company.

7. OTHER

7.1. Carriage of animals is not allowed.

7.2. The provisions of the present Regulations enter into force from 01.09.2006


8. FINAL PROVISIONS

8.1. In cases not regulated by the provisions of these Regulations, the following regulations shall apply: the Act of November 15, 1984 Transport Law (Journal of Laws of June 21, 2000 no. 50, item 601, with amendments), the Act of 1964 Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 1964 no. 16, item 93; with amendments.

8.2. In case of possible disputes, the competent body shall be the District Court having competence at the registered office of the Carrier.

8.3. The present provisions constitute regulations as defined in Article 4 of the Transport Law, which determines terms of carriage of persons or things, by Interglobus Tour travel agency.

8.4. The provisions of the Regulations shall apply to licensed coach and minibus carriages only in vehicles being at the disposal of Interglobus Tour or vehicles of partner companies and subcontractors.

8.5. I give my permission to Interglobus Tour travel agency to receive information about new services and promotional offers via e-mail and to process my personal details.
