Transport conditions 1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES 1.1. The document authorizing a passenger to be transported is:
a) in case of sale in an office: "Ticket" or "Agreement - application" hereinafter conventionally referred to as the Ticket.
b) in case of on-line sale on the www.interglobus.pl website: printout with "Booking confirmation" - hereinafter conventionally referred to as Ticket.
1.2. Ticket is a personal document authorizing a passenger to transport and cannot be given to another person.
1.3. By buying a ticket one accepts "Contractual terms of carriage".
2. TICKET2.1. Ticket price and its term of validity are determined by the Carrier. Ticket price is determined according to the price-list valid on the day of issuing the ticket.
2.2. A valid ticket should contain: -name and surname of a passenger being the holder of the ticket in the course of travel; -identification of the journey's destination and date and time of its beginning; -name of the carrier and stamp of the office issuing the ticket; -amount paid for the ticket;
2.3. The buyer of the ticket is obliged to verify the correctness of the data shown on the ticket.
2.4. Any changes on the ticket should bear a stamp and signature of the office introducing such changes.
2.5. Ticket issued under a special tariff or promotion should contain clear information: "SPECIAL OFFER".
2.6. The carriage agreement comes into force upon acceptance of the application or the ticket by B.P. Interglobus Tour.
2.7. In case of showing 6 (six) tickets issued for the same person on the route to Berlin airports or in
an opposite direction, the customer has the right to buy the 7th ticket with a 50% discount as compared to the normal ticket price.
2.8. In case of resignation from one-way ride for a return ticket (transport in both directions), the difference between the price of a one-way ticket (transport in one direction) and a return ticket, less handling charges shall be refunded (more than 7 days -0%, 7 days or less - 10% of the ticket price, refund is impossible on the day of departure).
2.9. OPEN tickets, unused within 6 months from the date of purchase, are not subject to refund.
2.10. Tickets purchased for transport to and from the airport in Goleniów shall not be refunded.
2.11. Promotional tickets shall not be returned or changed.
